NEW FEE FOR DISCONNECTS - DELINQUENT ACCOUNT FEE WILL BE $50.00 PLUS PAYMENT OF THE FULL AMOUNT ON ACCOUNT IN ORDER TO HAVE WATER RESTORED.

ALL PAYMENTS RECEIVED BEFORE 5 PM WILL BE RECONNECTED THE SAME DAY.  AFTER 5 PM RECONNECTS WILL BE ON THE NEXT BUSINESS DAY.

All online and telephone payments are made through Nexbillpay.  Any processing fees associated with making your payment are charged by Nexbillpay and not Gonzalez Utilities.
If this is your first time using our convenient online bill pay.  You will need to register
in order to set up auto pay or to keep payment information for future payments.
Once registered paying your bill online is a simple 3 step process.




A $2.35 processing fee will be charged for each payment.
You can pay immediately, schedule a payment or set up Auto-Pay for the amount of your bill. (Auto-pays must be set up online.)
You can print receipts, view past payments, see status of payments, or stop Auto-Pay by going online.
